Mary is an amazing saleswoman. Knowledgeable, personable, and no pressure. She certainly understands the anxieties of buying a car and is devoid of the old “car salesman” tactics favoring patience and listening to her customers. My 15 year son was looking for a “first car” and Mary treated him with the respect of any adult from the first phone call he initiated. I was very impressed with this dealership after having visited a dozen trying to find my son a truck. Inventory was the largest and best we’d seen anywhere in the tri-state area. Hayden the General Manager runs an outstanding operation and wants to ensure his customers get the best deal on a safe and certified vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking and will return for future purchases based on my experience today.

Mario did an excellent job all the way around. From good attitude, to excellent customer service. He was patient, kind and very upfront with good manners.

Mario was one of the salesmen. I was with my cousin she was looking for another vehicle. In the process the first salesman became very rude when she didn’t like the car he was trying to put her in. After he walked off and left us standing there, Mario came out and took over and proceeded to help her with the purchase process. Because of his patience and being willing to answer questions, she finally found a vehicle that she was happy with.

We bought a car from the salesperson Desmond. It had a few issues but after reporting those issues to the manager Lauren she made sure those issues were taken care of. Very professional. She continued to reach out to me to make sure everything was fixed on the vehicle. We will be purchasing again soon.
