Our sales associate Mario was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in. He went above and beyond helping us make a final decision ( he physically got down on the ground to apaise our worries on checking for rust on the underside of the vehicle). Who does that???Mario at city auto that's who. Definitely recommend. Sidenote...the car DID NOT HAVE RUST!!! We bought the car🤗

Ms.Sharece in the service department was very polite and communicated me very well. She continued to update me on the service progress on my vehicle and thanks to her my vehicle was completed in a very timely manner. The issue with my vehicle was documented correctly and the issue was resolved.

I had never heard of CityAuto before but received an ad for them through CARFAX for the perfect platinum Sequoia and, since there hadn't been one available recently for miles, decided to take it for a test drive. When I say that everybody at this Elmore Park location was fabulous, would be an understatement: Miss Mary with her contagious, hospitable friendliness made sure I got texts that kept me updated while she was locating my sales agent. She also made it a point to use my name and speak to me every time she saw me no matter where she/I was – – it's obviously just her inherent nature. Michael White was my sales agent and he was also very responsive via text from inception and once I got to the location, he was equally as helpful without being the least bit pushy or overbearing. He's a really great guy who could've easily taken advantage of this gal who doesn't know how to "buy cars" but he didn't; furthermore, the numbers that I had in my head regarding my trade in, etc., are what they gave me without little to zero negotiation showing me that their numbers' game is fair, given I DID do a little homework first. Mike was just as friendly as Miss Mary, very easy to talk to, and very honest/straightforward throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. Finally, Stephen Toombs in finance rounded out my experience quite nicely to my surprise! Usually, you hold your breath going into these guys' offices and sweat coming out but Stephen has a heart for the Lord and it shows. Now don't get me wrong.– – you want Stephen in your corner as a friend: he's a "tell it like it is" straight shooter, but I just get the impression that you want Stephen in your corner as a friend. Ha ha. Again, didn't try to glorify any products but effectively explained their benefits and how they've helped HIS situation. (And yes, I did get the warranty--wink wink) Anyhow, if you're looking for a car, don't hesitate to head over to CityAuto and ask for any one of these three people I've mentioned because they will take care of you without hesitation. Everybody has a welcoming smile on their face, is eager to help, and you will leave one happy customer just like I did!

I hate buying vehicles but this was the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle hands down! I was in the car business for a long time and know the craziness that goes on! However, the vehicle was exactly what it was supposed to be! Explained everything from start to finish and did exactly what they said they would! Also, had good financing options and explained to them what I wanted to do before pulling my credit! They honored my wishes and have no bad thing to say! I would easily recommend them to anyone! Fair prices on vehicles and trade in values! Had a huge selection to choose from and quality vehicles. Diana was my sales rep but also dealt with the used car manager and finance manager. They all did a great job and made sure I was comfortable while waiting! City Auto gets a A+ in my book! Thank yall and love my new Jeep Gladiator!

My experience with City Auto Memphis was absolutely fantastic. I purchased a vehicle that I had been admiring since its inception and I got the model I preferred at a price that was God sent. Buddy and Nate and another gentleman, I can't remember his name we're very very attentive, responsive and professional which made the transaction very smooth. I purchased a 2017 Genesis G90/3.3 Premium top tier model cash. I couldn't have gotten a better deal thanks to the City Auto. I do plan on purchasing the t Genesis truck at some point hopefully they'll have it available for me.

I must say it was a pleasure working with Barnard and Laurel. I purchased a van but the service engine light would come on and I would take it to the shop. They provided a rental car until my car was ready. On the fourth time of taking it back for the engine light. They gave me the option purchase a different car. I must say I am very happy with the car that I chose. I would recommend City Auto to anymore in need of a car. Thank you, Barnard and Laurel
