I recently traded in a truck and purchased a new truck at City Auto. I’ve had many vehicles in my life and this was hands down the easiest and most friendly car buying/trading experience I’ve ever had. Desmond with sales and Stephen with finance were incredibly professional, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure the vehicle I was buying was in top condition. I have always been skeptical about dealerships because of my past history with them, but Stephen and Desmond completely changed that for me. I live a whole 7 hours away from their dealership, and next time I need a vehicle, I’ll be making that drive again to get the same vehicle buying experience.
